My Mother and Veena. The ritual of giving sweet to the pregnant daughter in law and informing the girl's family that she is pregnant. Almost all Ladies in the guys family give sweet to the pregnant. This day she was taken to her home and she is supposed to be there till delivery. After delivery she again goes to her home till 41 days. Moslty it is extended to 90 days after delivery. In our case I took her to my home (not parent's) till she was admitted for delivery.
